“I had filed for a claim with the Veterans Administration for injuries received during the Vietnam era. "Mr. Fichera was instrumental in helping with my appeal of a VA disability claim. Without his legal expertise, I doubt that my appeal would have been successful. I strongly recommend veterans contact Mr. Fichera to obtain his opinion before filing an appeal with the VA. There is no fee to the veteran unless the VA decides the appeal favorably. Mr. Fichera will attend any DRO or BVA hearing with you and represent your interest before the government. The fee is paid by government so there's no need for the veteran to pay any money out of his/her pocket. From one veteran to another, don't attempt to file an appeal to the VA on your own."
