WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING

“Attorney Lewis Fichera has done an excellent job with my claim with the Department of Veterans Affairs. He is very professional in everything he does, his correspondence is of high quality and very thorough and detailed. Is very knowledgeable in his profession, he stayed in constant communication with me. He has a very positive attitude, is always respectful and courteous. I always received a fish response to my questions and I was informed of all processes being done in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Attorney Fichera to anyone needing a very professional attorney.”

“I had filed for a claim with the Veterans Administration for injuries received during the Vietnam era. At the time I had been advised to use a veterans statement representative who would help it handle my claim. After years of double talk and red tape I became bogged down with paperwork and red tape. I representative told me that my peels have run out and that there was nothing else he could do. I had heard about Mr. Fichera and contacted him. Mr. Fichera was able to sit down and explain in detail what I needed to do and that he would help me. I have known other vet's that had given up on their claims because of the system. Mr. Fichera took my case. He was very understanding explaining to me what was needed such as records and how to get them. With his knowledge of the system I was able to settle my claim. I was very surprised and thankful for what Mr. Fichera had done for my family and myself. I would highly recommend Mr. Fichera as an attorney, is certainly a man of action that had kept me informed throughout the case.”

“I would like to thank you for handling my case for Social Security disability benefits. You are upfront with me and told me it would take about two years to settle the case. You believed in me and I won my case. I have referred you to my friends and family and I would use your services again if I needed to. Thank you again.”

"I am very pleased with my decision that I chose you for my attorney. Mr. Fichera is very professional and knows what needs to be done and achieves the right decision. Mr. Fichera would always return my phone calls and has great listening skills in good times and bad he would take the time to listen. He never gave up when I would get discouraged. He also traveled to Washington and would go out of his way to help. I am glad he was there and saw me through to a better path. Mr. Fichera is dedicated to those families and forgotten troops that served for us."

"Mr. Fichera was instrumental in helping with my appeal of a VA disability claim. Without his legal expertise, I doubt that my appeal would have been successful. I strongly recommend veterans contact Mr. Fichera to obtain his opinion before filing an appeal with the VA. There is no fee to the veteran unless the VA decides the appeal favorably. Mr. Fichera will attend any DRO or BVA hearing with you and represent your interest before the government. The fee is paid by government so there's no need for the veteran to pay any money out of his/her pocket. From one veteran to another, don't attempt to file an appeal to the VA on your own."
