About Mr. Fichera...

After graduating from Law School and passing the bars of the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1984, I became a partner in the law firm of Cristaudo & Fichera. In 1987, I began my own practice and have been a solo practitioner ever since. Emphasis has been given to Civil Litigation, Social Security Disability Appeals and Veterans Disability Appeals with contact in other areas including Real Estate, Wills and Estates. Civil trial experience has been obtained for both plaintiffs and defendants.
Accomplishments:
• Selected to Law Review and Moot Court Honor Society while in Law School.
• Won a Jury Verdict over Exxon Corporation.
• Began and have maintained a solo practice.
• Found a balance among career, family, church & personal obligations.
